PM by ambition. Engineer by training. Reads RCA teardowns for fun.
At RealPage, I co-built PMOrbit from 0→1, helping executives gain real-time visibility across 40+ teams while reducing handoff friction by 40%.

Engineer turned product thinker
I'm a recent IT graduate from Hyderabad who spent a year at RealPage co-owning PMOrbit — a production project management platform built from 0 to 1 for PMO leads and executive leadership. I ran user interviews, managed the roadmap, defined requirements, and shipped features that reduced handoff friction by 40%.
My background is full-stack — React, TypeScript, .NET Core, SQL — which means I can sit in a system design conversation and a user interview in the same day and add value in both. I don't need things explained twice.
I'm currently looking for APM or PM roles where I can own a product area end to end. If you're building something real and need someone who moves fast, thinks in user problems, and writes specs developers can build from — let's talk.
Outside of work, I follow cricket more closely than I should and have opinions about Hyderabad biryani that most people disagree with.
React · TypeScript · .NET Core · SQL · Python · Figma
Ships change minds. Specs don't.
I've seen brilliant PRDs kill momentum. At RealPage I learned to get features in front of users fast — even rough ones — because a working thing in someone's hands tells you more than six rounds of internal alignment ever will.
If the dev is confused, the spec is wrong.
Requirements exist to make building obvious. I rewrite until the first question from engineering is "when do you need this?" not "what does this mean?" That's the only measure of a good spec.
Talk to users before you have a solution.
50+ user interviews at RealPage. The most useful ones had zero assumptions going in. Most PMs use interviews to validate — I use them to understand. The difference shows in what actually gets built.
What I've built & thought through
PMOrbit
Built a production project management platform from 0 to 1 for PMO leads and executive leadership at RealPage.
The Problem
Fragmented project data across Jira, Asana, and Monday.com created silos, manual reporting overhead, and no single source of truth for executive leadership.
Business Outcome
Reduced handoff friction by 40%, restored 100% notification reliability, and reduced executive dashboard load times from 30s to 800ms.

KeyStay
A PRD for a vacation rental management platform with AI-driven pricing and streamlined guest communication for property hosts.
Problem
Vacation rental management is heavily fragmented for small-to-medium hosts, leading to suboptimal pricing and manual, time-consuming guest communication.
Outcome
Projected to increase host revenue through AI-driven dynamic pricing and reduce manual messaging time by 70%.
AgriDrone
A SaaS marketplace connecting farmers with licensed drone operators for on-demand aerial pesticide and fertilizer application.
Problem
Agricultural drone services are inaccessible to small-to-medium farmers due to fragmented operator discovery, lack of trust, and geographic mismatch.
Outcome
Designed to unlock a new revenue channel for drone operators while reducing crop loss for farmers by enabling timely aerial interventions.
Gymate
A location-based social fitness app connecting gym-goers with compatible workout partners through intelligent matching and a swipe-based interface.
Problem
Gym-goers struggle to find reliable, compatible workout partners with similar fitness goals and schedules, leading to decreased motivation and consistency.
Outcome
Aimed at improving user retention for gym memberships by fostering social accountability and reducing churn.
Asana & Trello
A PM metrics deep-dive into Asana and Trello — north star definition, supporting hierarchy, rejection rationale, and guardrails for two divergent takes on collaborative work management.
Problem
PMs often struggle to define clear north star metrics and supporting hierarchies for divergent collaborative work management platforms, leading to misaligned product guardrails.
Outcome
Provided actionable guardrails for product teams to align on north star metrics and prevent feature bloat.
Stack Overflow
Root cause analysis of Stack Overflow's 50%+ traffic decline in the AI era — how ChatGPT, community decay, and product stagnation converged to displace a market leader.
Problem
Stack Overflow experienced a massive 50%+ traffic decline due to the rapid adoption of AI coding assistants, community decay, and prolonged product stagnation.
Outcome
Identified core drivers behind the traffic drop, highlighting critical areas for community reactivation and AI adaptation.
LinkedIn for Freshers
A product enhancement proposal for LinkedIn — reducing the job-search friction freshers face when no explicit 0-experience filter exists and every posting requires manual inspection.
Problem
Fresh graduates face high job-search friction on LinkedIn due to the lack of explicit zero-experience filters, forcing manual inspection of every entry-level posting.
Outcome
Proposed UX changes projected to increase entry-level job application completion rates and reduce user drop-off in the zero-experience segment.
Cluely
Product teardown and competitive analysis of the AI overlay that turned 'cheating on interviews' into a venture-backed company — examining whitespace, growth mechanics, and strategic pivots.
Problem
The proliferation of asynchronous AI overlays has fundamentally altered technical interviews, creating a need to understand the growth mechanics and strategic pivots of venture-backed 'interview aid' platforms.
Outcome
Deconstructed the growth loop of a controversial AI tool to highlight exploitable market gaps in the tech interview landscape.
Arattai
Root cause analysis of Zoho's Indian messaging app that hit #1 in downloads then lost 99% of its user base within 8 weeks — a masterclass in what network-effect products get wrong.
Problem
Despite hitting #1 in downloads during the WhatsApp privacy backlash, Zoho's Arattai lost 99% of its user base within 8 weeks due to a failure to sustain network effects.
Outcome
Diagnosed the failure of a viral app, offering a framework for sustaining network effects post-acquisition.
